Burrata is a fresh cheese originated from the Puglia region in southern Italy. Our burrata uses the pasteurized milk from 
quality local farm in Northern Taiwan. It's usually served at room temperature and goes very well with prosciutto, tomato 
and rocket, and can also be consumed with tropical fruits like mango, pineapple and melon.
