Caciotta is italian for "small cheese". Using pasteurized cow milk from the quality farm, our caciotta is handmade by artisanal 
"casara" (cheesemaker) the traditional way, with only rennet, cultures (lactic bacteria) and salt added. For the "pepe rosso" 
version, we add pink pepper corns in the cheesemaking to give it the aroma and spicy flavour. Aged for 2-3 weeks. 
Ideal for table cheese and good pairing with fruity wine with medium body.

Please keep the cheese refrigerated. Once opened consume within 5 days.
Take out from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.
