Mozzarella is one of the best known Italian fresh cheese. Using pasteurized cow milk from the quality farm, our mozzarella is handmade by artisanal "casara" (cheesemaker) the traditional way, with only rennet, cultures (lactic bacteria) and salt added. It's a perfect product to be consumed with tomatoes and basil (l'insalata caprese).
