about the product                                                                                                                                     

Mozzarella is one of the best known Italian fresh cheese. Using pasteurized cow milk from the quality farm, nodini means 
"small nods" of mozzarella, and it has to be hand made by artisanal "casara" (cheesemaker). It's a perfect product to be 
consumed with tomatoes and basil (l'insalata caprese) or threaded with prosciutto, melon in a skewer.

Please keep the cheese refrigerated. Once opened consume within 5 days.
Take out from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.

For orders under NT2000, there is a NT150 charge for cold chain delivery. 
You can pick up at our mozzarella bar, 3 minutes from MRT station Daqiaotou.
