Ricotta is a fresh Italian cheese made from the whey drained in cheesemaking. The ricotta of Man Mano is made the tradition
way like the "caseificio artigianale"(artisanal dairy factories) in Italy with no cream, no "acid corrector" added in the process.
It's made from 3 ingredients only: whey, milk and salt and as one Italian chef called it "tastes exactly like the ricotta we had
when I was little!".

Please keep the cheese refrigerated. Once opened consume within 3 days.

You can pick up at our mozzarella bar, 3 minutes from MRT station Daqiaotou.
