Mozzarella is one of the best known Italian fresh cheese. Using pasteurized cow milk from the quality farm, our smoked 
"Bocconcini (bocconcini affumicati) is handmade by artisanal "casara" (cheesemaker) the traditional way, with only rennet, 
cultures (lactic bacteria) and salt added and cold smoked with Japanese cherry wood to give it a delicate aroma. Ready to 
be consumed as table cheese.
