Mozzarella is one of the best known Italian fresh cheese. Using pasteurized cow milk from the quality farm, our mozzarella 
is handmade by artisanal "casara" (cheesemaker) the traditional way, with only rennet, cultures (lactic bacteria) and salt added. 
It's ideal for the preparation of delicious roulade stuffed with anything savory to sweet, like smoked salmon, tuna, prosciutto
or jam. Cut into 2-cm slice and it's the Italian interpretation of "cheese sushi roll".
