Made from pasteurized cow milk from the quality farm, caciocavallo belongs to the same cheese family "Pasta Filata" as Mozzarella.
It's  the aged for 3 weeks. Cut the cheese in 1/2-1cm slices and fry it in the skillet on one side for 15 seconds and flip over for 10 seconds more. Consume while the cheese is hot. It's a perfect match with grilled vegetables and/or meat.

Take out from the fridge 30 minutes before serving.

For orders under NT2000, there is a NT150 charge for cold chain delivery. 
You can pick up at our mozzarella bar, 3 minutes from MRT station Daqiaotou.
