Crème Fraîche (in Italian Panna Acida) from Lab. Man Mano is made with fresh cream from Hokkaido and cultures from Italy. It contains about 30-35% of fat and is used in cooking to make sauces or added to the soup. It's also used in dessert to replace cream cheese or sour cream, or replace mascarpone to give a sour note to the product.
